SHIPPING Our shipping rates have now changed. We are now shipping with USPS if requested by customers. All orders shipped via USPS are $45.00* (box fee included) and shipped out Wednesday for Thursday delivery only. Fed Ex Standard Overnight will still be offered. Rates will vary depending on your location - please email for rates. Rural areas may incur an additional cost. Some areas may not qualify for USPS Priority Overnight. In this case, Fed Ex will be used at the current rate. Anywhere within Illinois is $22. There is an $8 box fee applied to every order which includes a reusable Styrofoam cooler, heat pack/icepack and packing material to ensure the safety of the specimens you purchase. Currently there is only one box size: 11" x 10" x 11" which will hold 10-12 frags. Larger boxes used for group buys or larger orders are charged at $15. We ship out Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday delivery. Someone must be present to sign for the package to be eligible for the Arrive Alive Guarantee - NO EXCEPTIONS! Mad frags will not be held responsible for a shipping companies error. Orders sent via USPS are not guaranteed and are sent at the buyers risk. Orders over $250 will receive free shipping via USPS ($8 box fee still applies) and will qualify for our Live Arrival Guarantee.

GUARANTEES AND DOA'S Corals are guaranteed for Live Arrival unless otherwise stated (Live Arrival Guarantee does not apply to orders sent via USPS). Package MUST be signed for in order to receive Live Arrival Guarantee - NO EXCEPTIONS. Mad Frags will not be held responsible for dead coral due to a shipping company error or after it has been introduced to a new tank. Sometimes a coral will pale in color due to shipping stress. A full recovery is expected in 1 to 2 weeks in optimum conditions. This does not constitute a dead coral. In the rare event that a coral is dead upon arrival, you must contact Mad frags within 2 hours of receiving the package along with a photo of the coral - NO EXCEPTIONS. DO NOT take the coral out of the original bag or guarantee will be void. If the coral is dead and the instructions are followed properly, Mad Frags will issue a credit for the lost coral(s) (shipping and box fee not included). Credits must be used within 2 months. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS! Please remember that you are assuming any and all liability for detrimental effect that the frag(s) may endure, such as color changes, growth rate, etc due to the varying environment of aquariums.
